A very warm welcome to Year 1.
Year 1 is taught by Miss Byrne, who is supported by Teaching Assistant Mrs Arnold. The year 1 classroom is bright and airy and the children have access to a small outside play area. The children in Year 1 are making the important transition from the Early Year Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 1 and are becoming increasingly independent in all aspects of their leaning.
During the course of the year the children study a wide variety of topics including Africa, Guy Fawkes, Gadgets throughout Time and The Seaside.
