This week the whole school will be celebrating Black History month.
As part of Black History Week, we will be reading Coming to England by Floella Benjamin, which tells the true story of her journey from Trinidad to England as a young girl. We will explore her experiences of moving to a new country, the challenges she faced and the importance of kindness, belonging and celebrating our differences.
