    Our Vision

    For children:
We want our pupils to be happy, enthusiastic, curious, and safe, with a real love of learning. We celebrate and support our diverse community by providing every child with what they need to thrive, including a wide range of experiences, high-quality books, and rich vocabulary to broaden and deepen their knowledge. Our aim is for children to leave our Little Lambs as confident and independent learners.

    For staff:
We want our staff to be skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate about Early Years, with the confidence to deliver our vision and strive for the very best for our pupils. Staff should feel empowered to use their professional judgment, try out new ideas, and contribute to decisions and planning around children’s learning and interests. They should be confident across all areas of learning, enabling them to extend and challenge pupils’ progress so that all children achieve well.

    For the environment:
We want our learning environment to be rich in opportunities, inspiring awe, wonder, and curiosity. It should reflect the diverse cultures of our community and provide a wide range of resources to support learning. Our environment is nurturing and supportive of every child's needs.  It is designed to promote independence, communication, and meaningful learning.

    For standards:
We are committed to providing the highest possible standards in caring and nurturing your children. Our curriculum is carefully designed to build on children’s starting points, with appropriate challenge and scaffolding that prepares them for the next stage of their education.
