At St. Peter's, we understand that some in our school family may need support with getting your child to school or help with them being collected. Please know, that we can provide support with this and please do not hesitate to contact the school office. 

Arrivals 

Children are expected to be at school for 8.30am.  If your child arrives at school after the side gate to the rear playground is closed, he/she should report to the office. The school keeps a record of arrival times and reasons for lateness.

If your child is unwell please phone and leave a message on the absence option of the answer machine, stating your child's name and class, your name and the reason for absence.  If we have not heard regarding an absence by 9.00am, Mrs Laing will contact you to find out the reason.  This is part of our safeguarding procedure.

Collection

School finishes at 3.15pm, sharp.  Please be here to collect your child by this time.  If a child is not collected by 3.20pm he/she will be taken to our after school club. If your child has not been collected by 3.30 you shall be charged for the entire session. 

If you wish your child to walk home (KS2 only) please give written permission to the school office.
